We believe that Mediterraneo’s social programme
will help you have a memorable time in Rome, making new
friends, meeting lots of interesting people and most
importantly, improving your Italian!
The extracurricular program includes the following activities:

Excursions to the beach, lakes and mountains.
Programme “Rome by Night “
Special group outings to concerts, performances, nightclubs,
wine bars, and other informal gatherings.
Programme “Made in Italy”
Shopping trips for those interested in designer names
and exclusively Italian products.
Programme “Mens sana in corpore sano”
Skating at Villa Borghese, tennis matches or football
games and running.
CULTURE ACTIVITIES
Programme “Roma Caput Mundi”
Guided tours to the most beautiful Roman archaeological
sites, monuments, museums, neighbourhoods and art exhibitions.
Programme “Arrivederci Roma”
Excursions to the most important Italian cities and sites
within
easy distance from Rome, including Assisi, Florence,
Naples, Pompei, Siena and Viterbo.
Programme “Alla ricerca dei sapori italiani”
Visits to local gastronomic festivals to taste the specialities
of Italian foods and wines.

interests.
• Programs can vary according to what is on in town.
• The most intense activities are during the Estate
Romana.
