ITALIAN COOKING COURSES
Mediterraneo culinary courses include demonstration and participatory classes showcasing the traditional and regional Italian recipes.
In a warm and relaxed atmosphere we prepare attractive, delicious Italian dishes featuring very few superb ingredients at their seasonal peak, simply though skilfully prepared to enhance their excellence.
Cooking classes are held at Mediteranneo on Fridays (from 5,30 pm onwards) when all the other activities of the school are finished.
Students assist in the preparation of dishes and then enjoy the results at the end of the lesson with good wine and convivial company.
Each lessons includes the preparation of a complete meal:

PLEASE NOTE
The prices include all the ingredients, an apron and the recipes.
Each cooking lesson lasts 3, 5 hrs.
Lessons are provided in Italian and in English on demand.
A minimum number of four people is requested for a lesson.
